How to Generate an Invoice for Multiple Projects Assigned to the Same Client

1. Login to the application using your valid credentials.



2. Navigate to the Project module from the sidebar/menu.



3. Click on the Create Project button.



4. Enter the required project details and click Save.



5. Now, repeat the process to create another project and assign the same client to it.




6. To generate an invoice for both projects:


Go to the Time Tracking screen.


Click on the Generate Invoice button provided on the screen.



7. A prompt will appear — select the client for whom you want to generate the invoice.



8. Tick the checkbox for all projects you want to include in the invoice.



9. Click on the Add to Invoice button.



10. Finally, click on the Show Preview button to review all the entries pulled from the selected projects.



All the line items will show here while creating invoice .
