How To Assign a Task to An Existing Project?

Step 1 : Go to the Project Management Section


After you login to your Invoicera account, go to the Projects tab. Click on the ‘Projects’


drop down and this will take you to the project management section.



Step 2 : Choose a Project to Assign a Task


In the project management section, you will find a list of existing projects. Select and click on the project to which you wish to assign a task.



Step 3 : Create a New Task


In the project section you will find an option to create a new task. Click on the Add Task Button and and you will be able to start creating one.




Step 4 : Add Task Details


  1. Add the task name


  1. Select if the task will be billable or not


  1. Add the rate at which the task will be charged


  1. Add the task description
