Invoicera Setup and Onboarding Guide
The Invoicera Onboarding Guide walks you through the complete account setup process, from creating your account and verifying your email to configuring your business and accessing the dashboard.
- Launch the application by navigating to app.star.invoicera.com.
- On the login page, click the Create an Account link.
- On the Sign Up screen, enter the required details in the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Preferred Mode of Communication
- Password
- Select the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox.
- Click the Create Your Account button.
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address from do-not-reply@invoicera.com. Open the email and verify your account to continue with the setup process.
- In the verification email, click the Activate Your Account Now button.
- You will be redirected to the Set Up Your Business screen. Enter the required information in the following fields:
- Business Name
- Industry
- Business Address
Under Regional Settings, provide the following details:
- Country
- Time Zone
- Date Format
- Currency
- Click the Next button.
- You will be redirected to the Choose Your Invoicera Modules screen.
- Select the modules that best match your business requirements.
- Mark the checkbox for each module you want to enable.
- Click the Complete Setup button.
- Once the setup is completed successfully, a "Thank You for Choosing Invoicera" message will be displayed.
- On this screen, you can:
- Create a new Invoice, Estimate, Expense, Credit Note, Purchase Order, Recurring Invoice, or Project using the available dropdown.
- Click Skip for Now to proceed directly to the application.

- If you click Skip for Now, you will be redirected to the Dashboard, where sample data will be displayed for demonstration purposes.
