Add own Corporate Branding to Invoicera

Invoicera allows you to add your own corporate branding with the Invoicera application, client panel, and to electronic documents (Invoices, Estimates, Purchase Orders and Estimates).

Company Logo

The Company Logo is the primary logo of your business. It represents your brand identity and is displayed across various areas of the application, such as invoices, estimates, quotations, customer-facing documents, and other business communications.

Compact Logo

The Compact Logo is a smaller or simplified version of your company logo. It is used in areas where space is limited, such as the application header, navigation menu, favicon, or other compact UI elements, while still maintaining your brand identity.

Specimen Signature

The Specimen Signature is a digital image of an authorized person's signature (such as the business owner or an authorized signatory). It can be automatically added to invoices, estimates, purchase orders, and other business documents to authenticate them and eliminate the need for manual signatures.

1. Log in to the application using valid credentials.

2. From the left-side navigation panel, click Settings.

3. Under the Organization section, select Branding.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Branding page.

5. Navigate to the Company Logo, Compact Logo, and Specimen Signature sections.
