Update recurring profile [client-mail]?
Let’s say that you updated your client’s details, and some existing invoices/recurring profiles did not reflect the change. For example :
You have a client named XYZ whose email id is XYZ@gmail.com..
You make an invoice #182 for XYZ
A week later you change the client mail to abc@gmail.com
Invoice #182 still says XYZ@gmail.com, and not abc@gmail.com.
This is actually expected behaviour. Invoicera does not update information on invoices unless you choose to do so. To make the new information appear on invoices, you just need to “edit” the old invoices individually and click Save.
You may follow the below steps :
Step 1 : Suppose, you created an invoice #182 for Client xyz.
Step 2 : Now you want to change the Client mail to abc@gmail.com instead of XYZ@gmail.com. You can do so by choosing the “edit” option in Invoice Preview.
Step 3 : After that, Click Save you will be successfully able to change the Client mail.
