Invoicera Onboarding process (New Design)

Invoicera Onboarding Process



Step 1. Click on “Create an Account.”





Step 2. You will be redirected to the Sign-Up screen.




Enter all required details:

First Name

Last Name

Email

Phone Number

Preferred Mode of Communication

Password

Step 3. Click on “Create Your Account” button.




Step 4. A verification email will be sent to your email address.

Please confirm your email to complete the setup process.



Step 5. After confirming your email, you’ll land on the Activate Your Account Now page.


Click on “Activate Your Account Now” button to start the setup.



Step 1: Enter business details:



Business Name

Business Industry

Business Address

Country

Timezone

Date Format

Currency

Click Next to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Choose the modules you want to include in your account.



Step 6. Click “Complete Setup”.


A Congratulations popup appears with options:




Create Your First Invoice

View Video

Schedule a Free Setup Workshop

Or click Skip to go directly to the dashboard.

Step 7. If you choose Create Your First Invoice, you’ll be taken to the New Invoice screen.




On the invoice screen, fill in:

Customer details

Products and Services

Unit Cost

Quantity

Tax

Terms and Conditions

Invoice Notes

Step 8. Click Send by Mail — the invoice will be sent successfully to your client.
