How to customize PDF Templates In Invoicera (Invoice, Estimates, Purchase Order And Credit Notes):-New Design

You can customize your invoices. There are few pre-designed templates from which you can select.

Please follow following steps :

Step 1 : From Billing drop down select Invoice

Step 2 : Click on any Invoice hyperlink (Click on Invoice Number to open an Invoice)

Step 3 : Invoice preview page will appear from where you can select template color schemes from the drop down

Also you can yourself create templates. For this

Step 4 : Go to Settings->Template Customization->Create Template

Click on Create Template button at the top right corner

you can create templates for Invoices, Estimates, Purchase order and Credit Notes.

Step 5 : **Click **Save. after making changes or set up .

Step 6 : If you yourself can edit the Source HTML code for modifications for new template its free but if you require us to do that for you it will be chargeable.
