INR Plans Overview in Invoicera(New Design)

For INR clients, the subscription plans have been updated from Starter, Business, Enterprise, and Infinite to Operate, Grow, Scale, and Enterprise, respectively. Users can upgrade or downgrade the Operate, Grow, and Scale plans, with monthly and yearly pricing available. For the Enterprise Plan, users need to click Contact Sales, which opens a chatbot to submit account-related queries to the CSM (Customer Success Management) team for further assistance.

How to Upgrade a Subscription Plan

1. Log in to the application using valid credentials.

2. Click the Profile icon.

3. A dropdown menu will appear.

4. Click the Subscription link.

5. You will be redirected to the Subscription screen, where different subscription plan widgets are displayed based on the user's business requirements.

6. Select the desired subscription plan.

7. Click the Upgrade button for the selected plan.

8. You will be redirected to the Plan Configuration screen.

9. Select the required Billing Mode and Number of Seats.

10. Enter the required payment details.

11. Click Proceed to Make Payment.

12. A payment pop-up will appear displaying the price summary and available payment options.

13. Select the preferred payment option to proceed with the payment.
