How to link Paypal Payflow Pro Payment Gateway with Invoicera account?(New Design)

How to Configure PayPal Payflow Pro


  1. Log in to the application using valid credentials.



  1. Navigate to the Settings module.



  1. Under the Payment Methods section, click Online Payments.



  1. You will be redirected to the Integrations screen.



  1. Click on the Payment Gateways tab.



  1. The Payment Gateways screen displays the following:


  • Active Payment Gateways



  • Inactive Payment Gateways



  • Payment gateways where Auto-Bill is enabled.



  1. Click the PayPal Payflow Pro widget to open the PayPal Payflow Pro configuration screen.



  1. Enter the required details:



  • Partner
  • User
  • Password
  • Vendor
  • Display Name on Invoices


  1. Click Save Changes.



  1. A “PayPal Payflow Pro Connected” confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen, indicating that the gateway has been successfully connected and is ready to accept invoice payments.




NOTE: -


To obtain your Paypal Payflow Pro Partner, User, Password, Vendor, login to your Paypal Payflow Pro account.
On the Paypal Payflow Pro home page, You can find your Partner, User, Password, Vendor on the bottom of this page. ”.


For your integration, use:


VENDOR = your merchant login ID


USER = that new user’s login (or same as VENDOR if no sub-user)


PASSWORD = the password you set for that user


PARTNER = usually “PayPal” or reseller’s ID
