How to create an Invoice on Invoicera?
Chances are, you’ll be wanting to send invoices to your clients as soon as you create your account. Before we get started however, let’s review the two types of invoices that you can send in Invoicera :
One-time invoices
Recurring invoices
A one-time invoice is exactly what it sounds like – an invoice that you create and send to your client once. Did you do work for a client and now it’s time to send them a bill? That’s a one-time invoice.
A recurring invoice is handy when you’re looking to bill your client more than once and in regular intervals. A common use for a recurring invoice is for services that are subscription-based (such as a monthly fee service) or when you have an invoice that you want your client to pay in installments.
Please follow the below steps if you wish to create a One-time Invoice for your Client:
Step 1 : Login to your Invoicera Account
Step 2 : Go to Billing >> Invoice
Step 3 : Click on +Add
Step 4 : Enter all the details in your Invoice regarding the Client, Product, Price, payment method. The One-Time invoice form is shown in the image below :
After filling this , Click Send.
Your one-time invoice will be sent to your client.
If you want to send recurring invoices to your Clients at chosen intervals of time automatically, please follow the below steps:
Step 1 : Login to your Invoicera Account
Step 2 : Go to Billing>>**Recurring**
Step 3 : Click on +Add
Step 4 : Fill in the form for Recurring Invoice as shown in the image below :
You have to select the Frequency that is the time interval of sending the Recurring invoices to your Clients.
Also, you may tick on Auto Billing if you want to receive payments from your Clients automatically without entering his credit card details manually every time.

After filling this , Click Send.

Sending Recurring-Invoices :
If you want to send recurring invoices to your Clients at chosen intervals of time automatically, please follow the below steps:
Step 1 : Login to your Invoicera Account
Step 2 : Go to Billing>>**Recurring**
Step 3 : Click on +Add
Step 4 : Fill in the form for Recurring Invoice as shown in the image below :
