Export – Export your Clients, Staff, Estimates, Invoices

Invoicera provides you with a feature to export all your data, in an excel format. You can export following data from your Invoicera accounts.

Clients

Staff

Invoices

Estimates

Products and Services

Expenses

Here is how you can do this using Invoicera :

Step 1 : Login to your Invoicera Account.

Step2 : Go to Settings>> General Preferences >> Backup (as shown in the image below)

Step 3 : Choose the Backup Category What would you like to export?

Step 4 : An xls file will be downloaded immediately to your system.
