# How to link Paypal Payflow Pro Payment Gateway with Invoicera account?(New Design)

### How to Configure PayPal Payflow Pro

1. **Log in** to the application using valid credentials.

2. Navigate to the **Settings** module.

3. Under the **Payment Methods** section, click **Online Payments**.

4. You will be redirected to the **Integrations** screen.

5. Click on the **Payment Gateways** tab.

6. The **Payment Gateways** screen displays the following:

* **Active Payment Gateways**

* **Inactive Payment Gateways**

* Payment gateways where **Auto-Bill** is enabled.

7. Click the **PayPal Payflow Pro** widget to open the PayPal Payflow Pro configuration screen.

8. Enter the required details:

   * **Partner**
   * **User**
   * **Password**
   * **Vendor**
   * **Display Name on Invoices**

9. Click **Save Changes**.

10. A **“PayPal Payflow Pro Connected”** confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen, indicating that the gateway has been successfully connected and is ready to accept invoice payments.

NOTE: -

 To obtain your Paypal Payflow Pro **Partner, User, Password, Vendor**, login to your **Paypal Payflow Pro** account.
 On the Paypal Payflow Pro home page,  You can find your **Partner, User, Password, Vendor** on the bottom of this page.  ”.
 
 For your integration, use:

**VENDOR** = your merchant login ID

**USER** = that new user’s login (or same as VENDOR if no sub-user)

**PASSWORD** = the password you set for that user

**PARTNER** = usually “PayPal” or reseller’s ID
