# How to customize PDF Templates In Invoicera (Invoice, Estimates, Purchase Order And Credit Notes):-New Design

You can customize your invoices. There are few pre-designed templates from which you can select.

Please follow following steps :

**Step 1 :** From **Sales and Billing** drop down **select** Invoice

**Step 2 :** **Click** on any Invoice hyperlink (Click on Invoice Number to open an Invoice)

 **Step 3 :** Invoice preview page will appear from where you can select template **color** schemes from the drop down

 Also you can yourself create templates. For this

**Step 4 :** Navigate to the Settings module and click on PDF Templates under the Customization section.

Click on Create Template button at the top right corner

**you can create templates for Invoices, Estimates, Purchase order and Credit Notes.**

**Step 5**. Click **Save.** after making changes or set up .

 **Step 6 :** If you yourself can edit the **Source** **HTML** **code** for modifications for new template its free but if you require us to do that for you it will be **chargeable**.
