# Export – Export your Clients, Staff, Estimates, Invoices

Invoicera provides you with a feature to export all your data, in an excel format. You can export following data from your Invoicera accounts.

1. Clients

2. Staff

3. Invoices

4. Estimates

5. Products and Services

6. Expenses

**Here is how you  can do this using Invoicera :**

**Step 1 :** **Login** to your **Invoicera** Account.

**Step2 :** Go to **Settings**>> **General** **Preferences** >> **Backup**  (as shown in the image below)

**Step 3 :** **Choose** the Backup Category **What would you like to export?**

**Step 4 : **An **xls** file will be **downloaded** immediately to your system.
