# Billing:-Online And Offline payments (New Design)


###### Step 1. Login to the application using your valid credentials.

###### Step 2. Navigate to the Billing section and click on the Invoice module.

###### Step 3. Locate the invoice you wish to process, then click on the three-dot menu at the end of the corresponding row.

###### Step 4. Select either Online Payment or Offline Payment based on your preference.

**Offline Payment**: -click on payment button to process.

**The user needs to check the checkbox so that a Invoice payment notification email is sent confirming that the user has made the payment.**

**Online Payment:**

###### Step 5. Click on the Payment button to proceed and complete the transaction.
